Return Policy

​First, we want to thank you for shopping at Hynes Bay Outdoor Products. While we strive to offer only products that we’ve tested and believe you will be happy with, we would be glad to help you if you are not satisfied with your purchase from our store.

Returns

Please keep your receipt or original proof of purchase. With this receipt, you have up to 30 days to return unopened merchandise in its original condition and packaging, no questions asked. Our exchange period for unopened items is extended for Father’s Day (up to 14 days after Father’s Day), Mother’s Day (up to 14 days after Mother’s Day), and 14 days after Christmas (because we know there are people who shop early…and we think that should be rewarded).

Refunds

Once we receive your item and have determined that it is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, we will issue you a refund (to your original method of payment) for the price of your purchase and any applicable taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for your shipping.

If we approve your refund, we will let you know by email and you should see your refund soon after that, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you haven’t seen your refund within 14 days of our email, and you’ve checked with your bank and card issuer, reach out to us at info@hookremover.com and we’ll see if we can help.

Warranty

Although we do everything we can to make sure your product performs as promised and is free of defects, sometimes things happen. While we don’t warranty your product against damage caused by inappropriate use or things like getting run over in the driveway, send us an email if you believe your product is defective any time within 90 days of the date of your purchase. We want to work with you to get you a product that performs as expected (and we want to figure out what happened so it won’t happen to someone else). We value your business and happy customers makes us happy as well.
